Purposes of the data processing
Inventory of your organisation, product and/or process
Your personal data is processed by us for entering into and executing agreements for legal services and maintaining the resulting relationships, including associated marketing activities. For this we process your name, telephone number, email address, company name, any financial or tax-relevant data, and the corresponding correspondence.
We use this data because it is necessary for the agreement or the conclusion or settlement thereof. We keep this data for as long as necessary to properly perform our services and agreements. We will then destroy it, unless we are legally obliged to keep it for longer.
Your account
In order to use certain parts of our service, you must first register. You then provide information about yourself, such as your name and position, you can choose a password and create a username by providing an email address. We use this information to create an account for the Privacy Verified Portal (Portal), which you can use to log in. Within the Portal you can manage and generate documents yourself, create and complete tasks and monitor the progress of the Privacy Verified process. We keep track of what you have uploaded, downloaded and generated within the Portal and when (logging), so that there is proof of this.
We use this information because it is necessary for the execution of the agreement that we have concluded with you or your employer. In order to be able to execute this agreement, we have a legitimate interest in processing your login data. Do you object to this? Please contact us or your employer.
We will keep this information until you or your employer close the account.
Contact Form
You can ask us questions, make (information) requests and register your company for our service via the contact form on our website.
In order to be able to contact you and to accept your request to contact you (execution of the agreement), we ask for your name, company name, (business) e-mail address and (optional) your telephone number. You can also send a message in the comments section, in which you may include other personal data. We keep this information for a maximum of one year after we last had contact with you.
Provision to other companies or institutions (third parties)
We do not pass on your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police require this in the event of a suspicion of a crime), if we have agreed with you or this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, if you have given permission for this or if we have a legitimate interest in doing so. In order to execute the agreement, we in any case use the services of:
- ICT suppliers;
- provider of telecommunications services;
- The party that sends our newsletters and other marketing-related emails;
- The parties that provide cookies (see below).
We have concluded a processing agreement with these parties.
In addition, we provide your data to, for example, government authorities, if we have a legal obligation to do so. Some of these suppliers are located in the United States, but have sufficient safeguards in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Click behavior and visit data
When using our website, we obtain general visitor data. By means of functional cookies, the website remembers that you are logged in for the duration of the session. The analytical cookies also process the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. We use this data for statistical analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. We also optimize the operation of the website with this. We try to pseudonymise or anonymize this data as much as possible and it is not provided to third parties who could use it for their own purposes.
